Dunbar Cottage - features 520 sq ft with 1 Queen Bed / 1 Full Bath with a Shower. The Cottage has the following: kitchenette with mini frig, microwave, regular coffee pot, dishes, wine glasses, coffee cups, linens toiletries, Wifi and 1 parking spot allowed per house/cottage.

You will be immersed in the beautiful New Orleans French Quarter setting of the lush Courtyard at the Dunbar Property. Sit back, relax and enjoy a cocktail in the serene atmosphere of being in New Orleans right here in the bay. The courtyard has a charcoal grill and patio table. At Dunbar you are in walking distance to Old Town Bay St. Louis shops, restaurants and grocery shopping.

The cottage is located behind the Dunbar Main House which share the courtyard located between the two.

The Main House and Cottage can be rented on their own separately or in-addition to each other. If you rent only the Main House or only the Cottage, the other portion of the property can be rented to other parties and do share the courtyard.
